ek2286 Terms & Conditions

To register and use the ek2286 Platform you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an ek2286 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an ek2286 employee or contractor.

ek2286 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to one eligible account per household, device, IP address, or payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times via different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in all associated bonuses being voided.

For sports betting, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures) and other sporting events:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• ek2286 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a system error or manifest error on our part.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, ek2286's settlement rules as published in the sportsbook rules section will apply.

• Any winnings resulting from bets placed on events whose outcome was known at the time of placing will be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ek2286 Platform. ek2286 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in, or reasonably suspected of, any of the following:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform software.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool to disguise your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ek2286 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim promotional offers, or systematically placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.

Where an account is suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms, ek2286 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending an investigation. Where fraud or criminal conduct is established, ek2286 may report the matter to relevant authorities.

All content on the ek2286 Platform, including but not limited to the ek2286 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, game assets, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of ek2286 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without ek2286's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ek2286 excludes all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ek2286's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ek2286 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision shall not affect the validity of any other provision.
